Why are IMTC pads particularly durable?

We only use high-quality, tested materials in our state-of-the-art production processes. Printing takes place directly on the back of the film and not, as is often the case, on a subsequently laminated paper backing. As a result, the pads are permanently protected from external influences, and the utility value and color brilliance remain at a consistently high level.

What makes IMTC mouse pads an effective advertising medium?

Mouse pads are a recognized and important accessory at the PC workstation. Due to their central placement next to the keyboard, they are always in the field of vision. The large available advertising space can be optimally designed for any (advertising) purpose thanks to the extensive possibilities in terms of printing and design. Our numerous special solutions, such as self-adhesive pads, pads with NFC chip or attractive combinations of mouse pad, desk pad and glass coaster, increase advertising efficiency even further.

Does IMTC have production abroad?

No, all IMTC pads are “Made in Germany” and are produced in our company located in Huglfing. This is the only way we can permanently guarantee our high quality standards.

What is the difference between punched and welded pads?

Die-cut pads offer the greatest possible flexibility in terms of shape, surface variety and material thickness. The corresponding construction materials are firmly glued together and then punched out in the intended shape.

Welded pads are characterized by closed, ergonomically rounded edges. The edges of the upper and lower sections are firmly welded together using a high-frequency process, making these pads particularly robust and also resistant to liquids.

What shapes and formats are possible?

After more than twenty years of producing pads, we can offer our customers a considerable selection of existing shapes beyond the usual sizes. Whether round, square or as a “special shape”. If you cannot find a suitable shape for your special pad, we will of course also realize your individual design exactly according to your specifications! We will be happy to assist you personally with the realization of your wishes.

What additional services does IMTC offer?

We not only produce high-quality pads, we also offer a lot of “extras” on request. From customized packaging to the handling of complete mailing campaigns!

What delivery times can I expect?

Our delivery time from print approval is 15 working days on average. Special delivery dates should be agreed with us in advance.

Is it true that modern mice no longer need mouse pads?

Of course, mice also work directly on the tabletop. In the long term, however, this is not an alternative to a mouse pad. A mouse pad provides the user with greater comfort than a cold tabletop and the mouse has a fixed “parking space”.

Does IMTC also offer ready-made picture motifs?

Adobe Stock gives us access to a huge selection of images. As an alternative to individual printing with customer motifs, attractive pads can be created with little effort by adding logos and text. Various layout templates for calendar pads are also available. The templates contain current calendars and can be supplemented with individual customer data to create the finished calendar pad.

Which printing processes are available?

Depending on the pad model or pad surface, you can choose between 4C offset printing, 4C digital printing and screen printing. In addition, we offer the option to refine the pads with embossing, embroidery or engraving.

Which printing method is suitable for my motif?

In principle, almost all motifs can be realized in 4C offset printing. Designs with reduced content, such as one- or two-color logos with spot colors, can also be implemented using screen printing. Our staff will be happy to help you choose the best suitable printing process.

How must the data be prepared for printing?

For optimal printing results, a number of requirements should be met regarding the print data sent to us. All necessary details can be found in our print data information.

What are the most common errors when transferring print data?
  • The format is created in the wrong size
  • The bleed of 2 mm is missing (for motifs with sloping edges)
  • Image data is not converted from RGB to CMYK mode
  • The print file has a print resolution too low
